After navigating my own rollercoaster of health challenges — from Lyme Disease and gut drama (hello GERD & gastritis) to PCOS, chronic inflammation, ADHD, anxiety, and allergies — I turned to holistic remedies, nourishing food, and simple daily habits as my way back to feeling like me again. Through years of research, trial-and-error, and a whole lot of learning, I’ve gathered tools that truly changed my life. Now, I’m here to pass them on to you.
